We utilize several ClearOne devices at our college for microphones in some of our sim labs. After initial setup and getting the levels set appropriately for each room, that is it. Seriously, you won't have to touch the hardware ever again unless you drastically change your environment. We had one of these untouched in a sim lab for a few years and this performed flawlessly until we had to replace a ceiling speaker. The only hindrance is that the web interface doesn't give you full control over the device and you will need to run their application in order to make any detailed changes.
